Everyone from beginning to end was so helpful and friendly. They gave both my dogs such great care! Both Dr. Ashley Staycheff and Dr. Rachel Shivak are so caring and helpful! I highly recommend!

Dr. Hechko answered all of our questions and showed a real concern for Puff. I must tell you though, I have NEVER seen a vet tech (nurse) like Heidi H. She was so compassionate and understanding. She went above and beyond the duties of her job.

Every staff member is pleasant and you can tell everyone truly loves what they do here and cares about each and every animal that comes through the door. It is always very clean and my pets are always seen in a timely manner.

They look over your pets thoroughly & they listen to you. They look at your pet as a pet and not just a animal coming into the clinic. I’m glad I left my other vet & came here. I will recommend N.R.A.H. & I will definitely be staying with them.

I have worked in the vet Ned industry for about 6 years, and recently had a career change and wanted to find a new vet. I adore everyone’s kindness and the time they spent with my pet.

Dr. Liutkus was fantastic as well as our tech (I think her name was Sheena). The Dr. called me the next day regarding my pups bloodwork results and and was very thorough. She didn’t push further testing until I try some more conservative approaches.

This hospital provides the best care for my dog!! So glad we found this place and now I will not take my dog anywhere else!

The team at the North Royalton Animal Hospital is wonderful. The very first sentence of their mission statement is, “It is our mission to consistently show a sincere and innate love of animals” and they truly live up to that statement. Each member of the team expresses care and compassion for not only their patients, but families and community.

I may be a bit partial, but I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else. The staff is very caring and helpful. They are truly pet centered. I had to leave my cat for testing for the day. When I returned to pick her up and get results, the animal behaviorist talked to me about the stress my cat had developed by her staying. They took great care of her because they realized she was stressed out. Tabitha gave me great tips about how to ease my cat back into “normal” house life when we returned home. It was nice to have that information and it made the transition home less stressful. It was also noted not to keep the cat in the hospital in the future because of the stress. This was very comforting to me.

I can’t say enough about the incredible staff at North Royalton Animal Hospital!! Our sweet pup got into some Melatonin and needed emergency care. Dr. Roach provided follow up phone calls ensuring our dog was on the mend. We are in awe of the consistent friendly phone calls, informative visits and most of all the wonderful feeling knowing our dog is receiving incredible care. Customer service cannot be compared or replicated – it is simply top notch.

Although I didn’t get to meet Dr. Staycheff in person she took the time to let me know how Sam was doing and explained the treatment options. Debbie was amazing too, as always. The staff at NRAH is always exceptional! Love you guys = )
